Vinification for the Barth Pinot Rosé

This rosé sparkling wine from the Rheingau is vinified from fully ripe Pinot Noir grapes, which are selected by hand.

After a short maceration period, to allow the extraction of the dyes, the grapes are gently pressed and then sown by the method of traditional bottle fermentation.

Then this sparkling wine matures for 2 years on the yeast and is shaken by hand.
