Der Cecilia Beretta Lugana ist am Gaumen leicht und würzig mit einem angenehmen Säurespiel und schöner Länge.
Vinifikation des Cecilia Beretta Lugana
Dieser Weißwein wird zu 100% aus Trebbiano di Lugana vinifiziert.
Nach der Kaltmazeration werden die Trauben gepresst und der Most teilweise geklärt und mit ausgewählten Hefen in Edelstahltanks fermentiert.
