Vinifikation des Cuvage Blanc de Blancs
Dieser Schaumwein wurde zu 100% aus Chardonnay mit der Methodo Classico vinifiziert. Nach einem zweijährigen Lager auf den Hefen ist dieser Schaumwein fertig.
