Der Il Pozzetto Verdicchio Jesi Classico DOC von Azienda Agricola Pilandro leuchtet Goldgelb im Glas und begeistert mit seinem frischen Bouquet, welches die Aromen von gelben und tropischen Früchten enthüllt. Abgerundet werden diese Fruchtnoten von kräutrigen Nuancen.

Am Gaumen startet dieser Trebbiano süßlich. Diesem ersten Eindruck folgen zarte Wiesenkräuter und eine lebendige Säüre, welche diesem Weißwein seine Spannung und Frische verleiht.

Vinifikation des Pilandro Il Pozzetto 

Die Trauben für diesen reinsortigen Weißwein werden von Hand gelesen und anschließend sanft gepresst. Dem schließt sich die temperaturkontrollierte Gärung in Edelstahltanks an, gefolgt von einer Verfeinerung in der Flasche nach der Abfüllung.
