This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Trebbiano grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation for several months in oak barrels.
