Der Moncucco Moscato d'Asti DOCG von Fontanafredda funkelt im Glas strohgelb mit goldenem Schimmer. Das vielschichtige Bouquet umschmeichelt die Nase mit den intensiven Aromen von Birnen, weißem Pfirsich, Honig und Orangenblüten. Abgerundet werden diese Noten von feinen Nuancen von Salbei und Zitrone.
Dieser Weißwein präsentiert sich am Gaumen dicht und mit einer wunderbaren Balance aus Frische und Fruchtigkeit.
Vinifikation für den Moncucco Moscato d'Asti
Nach der Handlese wurde ein Teil der Trauben sofort gepresst, der andere Teil wurde entrappt und einer kurzen Mazeration unterzogen. Die Trauben wurden im Anschluss sanft gepresst und in Edelstahltanks fermentiert.
