Free returns in the event of damage

Have you received faulty or damaged goods? No problem. Contact us at [email protected] and we will immediately send you a shipping label to return your problem wines. To do this, pack the order or part of it in the original VINELLO shipping box, stick the printed shipping label on it and hand the parcel in to the post office or letter carrier. Once we have received the return, we will contact you and arrange a corresponding credit note.
